Sky Realty Associates ("we") is a licensed New Jersey real estate brokerage at 91 Congress St, Newark, NJ 07105. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, phone, email and the answers you give in our forms (for example the property you want to sell or the home you asked about).
• Your choices: whether you agreed to marketing emails or text messages, with the date and the form where you agreed.
• Basic security data: a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address to stop spam and abuse, and one sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Website statistics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, with Google's advertising features turned off. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How we use it

To answer your request, connect you with a Sky Realty real estate agent, send you homes you asked about and, only if you agreed, send you new listings and market updates. Your request goes to our broker, who assigns it to an agent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed for your request (for example a lender or attorney you ask us to introduce, which we always ask first) or when the law requires it. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or your account page.
• Texts: reply STOP to any text from us. Reply HELP for help.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Team passwords are stored one-way scrambled. Access to client information is limited to Sky Realty staff who need it.
